How to Search Articles in Help Center – webCemeteries

Click the question mark at the top right next to your name to go to webCemeteries Help Center.

Step 3

You will arrive at the Help Center. Click in the search box with the magnifying glass symbol.

Step 4

Type a key word or phrase for what you are looking for. As you're typing, some suggested articles will display beneath the search box. You can click one of these, or you can click "Enter" on your keyboard to see all results.

Step 5

After clicking "Enter" on your keyboard, you will see all results.

Step 6

You will be able to see the details of each article --where the article is nested within the Help Center knowledgebase of support articles.

You will see the format as follows:

Support Article Title

webCemeteries > Category > Section

Text that relates to your search

For example, the below article is in the Ownership Module section, which is within the Management category.

Step 7

Click on the title of article you wish to read. The left side menu will show you other articles within that section (for this instance, other articles within the Ownership Module

You can do a new search by clicking on the magnifying glass over on the right side above the article title, or go back to the main Help Center Page by clicking the webCemeteries icon in the upper left corner.

Step 8
