If you are trying to delete a deceased record from your management database and you are noticing a message regarding deleting memorial page memories first, this guide will walk you through the process of deleting memories.
Step 1
Log in to webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Click "Deceased" on the landing page to access the deceased search.
Step 3
Search for the name of the deceased who you would like to delete. Click on their name after the search results appear to open their deceased profile page.
Step 4
Once on their page, click the "More" button on the left hand side of the page to expand the options.
Step 5
Click "View Memorial" to access the memorial page and delete any memories.
Step 6
Scroll down to the memory you'd like to delete and click the trashcan icon as highlighted in yellow in the screenshot below. If you are deleting memories for the purpose of deleting the deceased record in management, you will need to delete all memories on the memorial page timeline before you can delete the deceased record. Repeat this process until every memory has been removed. You can now head back to the deceased profile page in management to delete the deceased record.
