You must be a cemetery admin in order to change the default banner photo.
Step 1
Open your web browser and go to Remember My Journey.
Step 2
Log in to the site with your user credentials.
Step 3
You should now be on the home page of the back end of Remember My Journey. Click the blue wrench icon to access your cemetery's settings.
Step 4
Click "Banners" on the left hand menu.
Step 5
Simply drag and drop your new banner photo into the box for Desktop and the photo will auto-scale to the recommended sizes for desktop, tablet and phone. Or you can upload different photos for each size. You can also upload by clicking on the current photo under the desktop, tablet or phone and it will open your file explorer.
Changing Default Banner Photo Effects on Existing RMJ Pages
Changing the default banner photo will replace every banner on Remember My Journey pages that are still using the default banner photo.
Changing this photo will not replace personalized banner photos that have been set by families or cemetery administrator.
