You can personalize a memorial page by uploading a unique banner photo for just that page. In order to do this, you will need to be a family administrator over the page, or a cemetery administrator. If you have questions concerning your account, please contact accounts@webcemeteries.com for more information.
Step 1
Open your web browser and visit your cemetery’s public website.
Step 2
Navigate to the burial search portion of your site and search for the person you’d like to add a memory for.
Step 3
Click “View and Share a Memory” or on the name of your loved one to access the memorial pages (these names vary based on the version of the burial search you are using). You may even want to right click to “open in a new tab” in order to view the page full screen.
Step 4
Click on the three bar menu in the upper left corner of the page. This will expand a menu.
Step 5
If you see "Log In" you will need to log in. If you see your username, then you are already logged in.
Step 6
When you are logged in on the memorial page, you will be able to mouse over the banner photo and it will turn transparent. Simply click to upload a new photo to replace the default photo, or you can drag and drop a new image from your file explorer directly into the banner photo area. This will replace the banner photo for only this memorial page.

Please note that if you are a cemetery administrator and you would like to edit the default banner for every page in the cemetery, you do not want to follow the steps above. Instead see this How to Guide.
