This article will walk you through adding a custom disclaimer to the Enterprise Sales App for your sales counselors to read before they reserve properties.
Log in to webCemeteries Management.
If you are a cemetery administrator, you will be able to access these settings. If you are not a cemetery administrator, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire as to this user permission level.
Click on "Settings" and select "Cemetery Settings" from the left side menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the "Disclaimer" box. Enter anything you'd like to enter into the box and click the save button. This box will display once every 24 hours in the Enterprise Sales App on the property page. Cemeteries use this function to alert employees about contacting the office before reserving properties or other important information.
Finally, don't forget to click the bright orange save button found on the left hand side of the page.
