Log into webCemeteries Management.
Click "Work Orders" from your cemetery’s dashboard.
Search for the work order you wish to mark as done. Click on that work order.
At the top left, click “Edit Work Order” next to the pencil icon.
In the Status field, you will see that the work order is currently open. Click the drop-down menu to edit the status.
From the drop-down menu, click “Done” as the new status.
Make sure to click SAVE to save the status as “Done” for your work order.
You will now see that the status of the work order has been updated to “Done.”
Done vs Closed
“Done” signifies that the work has been completed and is ready for review. Once the completed work has been reviewed, the work order status can be set to “Closed,” signifying that the work has been officially signed off as complete.
