This article will walk you through adding inventory for the Contracts module manually--one item at a time. Step 1
Log in to webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
If you are a cemetery administrator, you will be able to access these settings. If you are not a cemetery administrator, reach out to your cemetery administrator or contact support@webcemeteries.com.
Step 3
Hover over the "Contracts" icon on the left side menu.
Step 4
Select "Manage Merchandise & Services".
Step 5
If you are new to the contracts module, you will need to click "Add First Category" in order to create a new category. You will then be prompted to create a new category. If you have existing categories you will see them listed on this page.
Here are the Character Limits for Categories:

Description - Unlimited
Step 6
Click the name of the category to start adding individual inventory items into that category.
Here are the character Limits for Items:

SKU - 100

Description - Unlimited

Click "Add First Item" to add your first item into the category, or click "Create Item" to add a new item.
Step 8
Enter all details. If your item has different options available (size, color, etc.) click "Add Option" under the item photo to start adding different options. Click "Save" to save the inventory item.
Edit an Item
If you ever need to edit the item, click on the item name, then click "Edit Details" to make changes.
Step 9
This item will now be available from the "Merchandise and Services" portion of the contract. You'll be able to select inventory items from that area of the page to add them to the contract.
