Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Click "Owners" from your cemetery’s dashboard.
Step 3
Search by Owner and navigate to the owner profile you wish to edit.
Step 4
Click “Edit” on the left side of the owner profile page to edit contact details.
Step 5
A window will pop up titled “Edit Person.” You can edit the name, address, and contact information.
Step 6
Click the plus sign next to Phone to add a phone number. You can set the phone number as Home, Work, or Other. You can also click the toggle for “Primary” to set as a Primary phone number.
Step 7
Click the plus sign next to Email to add an Email address. You can set the Email address Home, Work, or Other. You can also click the toggle for “Primary” to set as a Primary Email.
Step 8
If you have multiple phone numbers or Email addresses to add to a contact, you can simply click the plus sign to add more rows under Phone or Email. You can set the type for each and mark if they are primary or not. If you added too many lines by accident, you can click the minus ( - ) icon to delete that line.
Step 9
Make sure to click SAVE when you are finished making changes.
Unlimited Contact Information
There is no limit to the amount of lines of email addresses and phone numbers for owners. Add as much information as you need.
