Did you know that webCemeteries Management has an audit trail for documents? This guide explores how to access and view the document audit area of the management system.
Step 1
Log in to webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Click on the three lines at the top left of your window to open the left side menu.
Step 3
Click “Audits” from the left side menu.
Step 4
Click “Document History.”
Step 5
Enter a file name, user, change date or any of the filter options to locate the document changes and then click “Search.”
Step 6
Changed files will appear below in the list.
Step 7
Mouse over a file and see the clock icon appear, mouse over the clock icon to see “View Full Change History” appear. Click the clock icon.
Step 8
The full change history will display for the document selected.
