These reports are affected by the Used On feature in a Contract. Check out this article for more information on the Used On feature: How to Add a Used Date for Merchandise and Services in a Contract
Step 1
Log into webCemeteries Management.
Step 2
Click "Reports" from the left side menu.
Step 3
Under the "Financial" category are the "Delivered" and "Undelivered Merchandise/Services" Reports.
Undelivered Merchandise/Services
This Report will list all items that have been added to a contract that is in Signed or Paid in Full status, that do NOT have a "Used On" date added.
You can filter this report by the Item Name, or the Item SKU. The Report will contain Details about the Item, and the Contract they are a part of.
Delivered Merchandise/Services
This Report will list all items that have been added to a contract that is in Signed or Paid in Full status, that have a Used on date and the used on date has passed.
You can filter this report by the date the item was used. The Report will be split by the Merchandise/Service category, and will contain details of the Item and the contract they are a part of.
Step 4
When you are ready, you can export your report by clicking "Download Results".
